What is a rackmount shelf?

A Rackmount shelf is a special type of shelf design specific for 19” and 23” EIA rack cabinet. Rack shelves are available in many different sizes. The most popular sizes are 1U or 2U version for light to medium weight equipment. Not all rack shelves are design the same. Please reference to shelf load information to determine the correct shelf for your equipment.

What makes RSF1031LC different from other rack shelf?

Safety is the most important part of our design for our RSF1031LC. Unlike other rack shelf manufactures, our shelf has built in anchor system to be use with bungee cord with hook or cable straps. There are total of six (6) anchor holes on the shelf. Bungee cord with hook works putty well at preventing your bulky equipment from sliding out or moving due to vibration or accident. These anchor point ensures your safety as well as to protect your equipment from unnecessary damages.

Flexibility is another key feature for our RSF1031LC. The adjustable rear mount bracket allows you to mount RSF1031LC into 24” to 30” deep cabinet. In addition, open slots on main panel provides way to mount anchor bracket without drilling holes.
