There is no way around it for custom build project until now. Introducing the new compact rackmount din rail panel. IRP11225S offers traditional panel fabricator a way to reduce cost and shorten lead time for small and large projects.

Our industrial control panel (ICP) solution offers simple and easy way to be integrate into any ICP design. Our Din Rail products are design specifically for industrial standard 2 post relaty rack, and 4 Post EIA-301 19” rackmount cabinet. Since, EIA-310 19” rackmount cabinet is widely used in the telecom and data center industry, panel fabricator or in-house engineer can easily order 19” cabinet from almost any e-retailer or local reseller at very competitive pricing.

EIA-310 19” cabinet offers excellent air flow, security and protection from environment. It is available in many sizes ranging from 13U up to 47U. The mounting platform can be as simple as a 2 Post relay rack to a fully enclosed 4 post cabinet with a build in air conditioning unit. With so many size and shape to choose from, you will not have any problem finding a suitable size enclosure for your project need.

Drilling holes simplified

The most difficult part of custom mounting your equipment in an enclosure is drilling precision mounting holes. Unless you have a large CNC machine at your disposal, you will have to drill holes manually. It can be a time consuming and error-prone process. This is where our IRP11225 solid panel can help. With our detachable solid panel design, you can place our solid panel directly on your drill press.

In addition, we can provide CAD drawing file for our solid panels. By overlaying a 1 to 1 scale printout on top of the panel, Voilà, all of the mounting holes are labeled and ready for drilling. Even if you made a mistake, you can order a new replacement blank panel instead of a getting a completely new enclosure. Two Cover Panel Options available

By using IRP1-FPK kit and RCB1090 filler panel, you can have a front removable cover panel option for your application. IRP1-FPK coms with plastic spacers and extra-long #10-32 screws to flash mount RCB1090 filler panel to our solid panel enclosure. The plastic spacers are required to properly secure RCB1090 filler panel on to the cabinet. This mounting method allows RCB1090 filler panel to be removed without removing our solid panel enclosure.

Option 2 allows you to mount another solid panel as a cover panel. This gives you the option to use the solid panel with switches, LED, or gauges installed. Since the front panel is secure from the side of the bracket. The solid panel is installed as whole with IRP11225S. It can only be removed when the whole unit of IRP11225S is removed from cabinet.

Need More Space

The ear bracket also has a center panel mounting holes. This opens up additional design possibility for project with limited space to work with. You can move the solid panel to center position or add 2nd solid panel to center for more mounting surface according to your project need. As always, our ear bracket panel mounting holes are fully compatible with our DIN Rail and Vented Panel options. This makes our product highly customizable.
