RSF1040BK12K2 1U rackmount ball bearing sliding shelf or tray is design for industrial standard 19” server rack. RSF1040BK12K2 offers storage solution for non rackmountable equipment such as industrial keyboard, laptop/notebook computer, power supply, scientific instruments, and other electronic equipment.

Two rows of mounting holes on right and left of the panel offers multiple mounting points for anchor brackets. Utilizing Bungee cord or cable strap with anchor brackets, you can fully secure your equipment in the server rack with ease. (Note: bungee cord and cable straps are not included)

In addition to our anchor system, our RSF1040BK12K2 has built in captive panel screws on front panel which you can lock shelf in place without using tools or a key. This prevents RSF1040BK12K2 from accidentally sliding out in any kind of situations.

Our depth adjustable sliding rail system is engineered to be structurally sound in any depth. You will not experiencing sag at the middle problem when our sliding rail is mounting in a 30” depth cabinet. Depth adjustment can be easily done from rear side of your cabinet.

The sliding rail system also has a build in metal spring clip feature. When the sliding shelf is pull out beyond 16.93”, the spring clip will engage and stops shelf from moving further. This feature also ensures sliding shelf does not closed by itself while it is in use. In addition, by holding down the spring clip, you can easy removal of sliding shelf.

RSF1040BK12K2 has multiple build in large cable access ports on the surface, and rear panel. They offers easy cable access and cable management for your electronic equipment.

Another unique features is the shelf is made from two panels attached together. Main panel is 17” in depth. The rear panel is about 7” in depth. Each panel is less than 1.75” height to ensure they do not scratch or interference with other rack equipment. It can be configure into several configuration such as shelf, tray, shelf for the main panel and utility storage tray for short panel, or equipment tray for the main panel and mini shelf for the short panel depends your application need.
