RSF1031BK11F4K1 vented 4 Post 1U rackmount shelf provides a simple, low cost solution to support a light to medium weight equipment in a standard 4 post 19" EIA rack. It is ideal for testing equipment, audio equipment, video equipment, keyboards, laptops, notebook, rackmount computer, Desktop or Mini Tower Computer, CRT or LCD monitors, laser, ink-jet printer, network switches, telecom equipment , and laboratory equipment for researchers.

What is a fixed rackmount shelf ?

A fixed rackmount shelf is a shelf that mount directly to the front and back of the vertical mounting flanges in the rackmount cabinet in a fixed position. If you just need a simple shelf to secure your equipment in a rack cabinet, fix mounted shelf is what you need. There are two version of fixed shelf available on the market. One is fixed depth shelf and other is fixed depth shelf with adjustable rear mount sliding bracket. Our RSF1031BK11F4K1 is the 2nd version. The adjustable rear mount bracket allows you to mount the shelf in to an enclosure up to 30” in depth. If your shelf does not come with an adjustable rear mount sliding bracket, you will have difficult time finding the right depth shelf. An adjustable rackmount shelf offers you the option to readjust the rear mount bracket depth according to depth of your cabinet. Our design allows you to extend the rear-mounting bracket from 18” up to 25” in depth.

Safety is the most important part of our design for our RSF1031BK11F4K1. Unlike other rack shelf manufactures, our shelf has built in anchor system to be use with bungee cord with hook or cable straps. There are total of 6 anchor holes on the shelf. Bungee cord with hook works well at preventing your bulky equipment from sliding out or moving due to vibration. These anchor point ensures your safety as well as to protect your equipment from unnecessary damages. The vented slots also can be use as anchor point for cable strap. Our vented slots patten offers variety of anchor positions.
