SHIPPING (U.S.only)


Orders received via fax/phone/online order by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day (In-stock items only).

Orders received Saturday and Sunday will ship by the following Monday (except on holidays).

About 95% of orders received via the Internet by 3:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day (In-stock items only). The rest of the orders will be ship within 24 hours. If you have an urgent order, please call us via phone and request the order to be ship via Next Day Air.

Same day shipping policy is subject to credit approval and stock availability.

Please add $5.00 for all orders less than $20.00.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


All foreign orders must be prepaid, wire transfer, traveler's checks, cashier's check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds only. Please do not send cash. IA&E cannot accept letters of credit as a form of payment.


International Shipping & Handling

Shipping is via courier or postal service, depending on your preference, insurance availability, and the size and weight of your package. IA&E will apply actual shipping charges to all foreign orders. All returns that meet postal requirements must be sent prepaid via air parcel post. All courier shipments to Canada and Mexico require a certificate of origin. IA&E will provide a certificate of origin for a $25 processing fee.


30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE


Customers wishing to return merchandise for a refund, credit and/or exchange must do so within 30 days with 15% Re-stocking Fees from the date of order. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. Please call our customer service department at (516) 997-5050 or send e-mail to support@iaenclosures.com to request an RMA#. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid with the RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the box. Sorry, no freight collect packages will be accepted. A copy of the IA&E invoice must be enclosed with the return item(s) along with an RMA# to process your return. Books, kits, software, custom build systems, OEM systems and special orders are not returnable. A special order consists of products not listed in the IA&E catalog, online catalog listing or catalog listed products sold at OEM quantity are not returnable. Products developed under the OEM service are not refundable. Shipping charge and return shipping costs are not refundable.

This program is designed to offer consistent, fast and easy to use warranty replacement support worldwide.

How it works

For Warranty Returns Within 30 days of Purchase:

Eligible Products:
  • Server Products : Cserver, Rserver and CTServer brand server products.
  • Components Products: Rackmount Chassis, Rackmount Accessories sold by IA&E.
Type Of Service Available:

Advanced Replacement Service: IA&E will immediately ship a replacement unit or part to customer via UPS Ground Service. In some rare cases that the replacement part is not in stock, IA&E will ship the replacement unit* / part as soon the part is available.

Estimate Transit Time:

IA&E will ship a replacement unit* to customer via Ground Service.

For Warranty Replacement After 30 days of Purchase:

Eligible Products:
  • Server Products : Cserver, Rserver and CTServer brand server products.
  • Components Products: Rackmount Chassis, Rackmount Accessories sold by IA&E.
Type Of Service Available:

Standard Replacement Service: Customer needs to insure and ship back the defective unit to IA&E via any traceable shipping method (UPS / Fedex / Airborne Express). IA&E will at its option, repair or replace the defective unit. The turn-around-time for repair and replacment unit is about 2-3 business days. IA&E will ship the repaired or replaced unit* back to customer via UPS Ground Service.

Requirements For Warranty Replacement

Customers should be prepared to provide the following when calling IA&E for warranty replacement Service:

  • Proof of purchase (Customer Invoice Numbers or Ordering Information)

  • Product code or serial number
  • Description of the problem
  • Shipping address
  • Email address of customer
  • Advanced Replacement Service requires a credit card number or a Purchase Order number as collateral for the replacement unit.

Industrial Automation and Enclosures (IA&E) LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

IA&E warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for a period of (1) one year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Longer and/or broader warranties may be provided by the manufacturer of a particular product. Defective items must be shipped prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation. Server Products - Extremenode, ATXBlade Server, Cserver, RServer and CTServer come with One (1) Year Warranty (Parts & Labor). Please see the IA&E Warranty Replacement Program.

OEM Systems: OEM Systems come with (1) Year Warranty (Part & Labor)to the original OEM customers. Warranty service is not available to OEM customers' clients.

Component Products - Memory Modules, Rackmount Chassis & Accessories, Power Supplies and RLK units come with (1) Year Warranty (Parts & Labor). Please see IA&E Warranty Replacement Program.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IA&E's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with the IA&E limited warranty. IA&E shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of IA&E's sale of merchandise, including any failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause. Products sold by IA&E are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems.
